A baby inquired God, “They uttered you are sending me to earth shortly, but how I will live there being so tiny and feeble?”
God answered, “Your angel will be waiting for you and will be on guard of you.”
The baby further probe, “But dear GOD, here in heaven I don’t have to do anything but chant and smile to stay overjoyed..”
God said, “Your angel will hymn for you and will express tenderness for you. And you will sense your angel’s love and be joyous.”
Once more the baby asked, “And how I will fathom when people talk to me if I don’t know the language?”
God said, “Your angel will tell you the most charming and sugared words you will ever hear, and with much calmness and supervision, your angel will enlighten you how to speak.”
“And what I will do when I want to communicate with you?”
God said, “Your angel will join your hands together and will explain to you how to pray.”
“Who will safeguard me?”
God said, “Your angel will sustain you even if it endangers her own life.”
“But I will always feel gloomy because I will not catch sight of you anymore.”
God said, “Your angel will consistently talk to you about Me and will instruct you the way to come back to Me, even though I will always be close to you.”
At that moment there was much harmony in Heaven, but voices from Earth could be heard and the child desperately asked, “God, if I have to leave now, kindly tell me my angel’s name.”
God said, “You will simply call her, “ Mom .”
